That WE, the undersigned, GEOFF~Y T. ~LAY and DEBO~H L. IMLAY,husband &
wik, ("Grantor"), for a good .md valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant, cOnvey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative
Corporation, of ~on and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a
perpetual easement and right of Way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair,
alteration and replacement of the.electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the ~antee to
be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of ~antor in L~COLN
County, State of WYOM~G along a line described as follows, to wit:
BEING a part of Section 1, T33N, Rll9W, of the 6th P.M., in Eincoln Count, Wyoming, more
pa~ieularly described as follows:
BEG~N~G S 71° E 1038 feet from the No~hwest corner of said Section 1.
Thence S 84° E 496 feet to a point.
Thence S 46° E 313 feet to a transformer location.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet ,on each side of described line.
Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally OCcurring
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removabile at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the E[omestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
