Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Wyane E. Holt, A single

consideration of the sum of Ten ($10_00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does for his
heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto
Scott E. Beyer and Carol J. Beyer, husband and wife, whose address is 517 Opal
Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all such right, title, interest, property, possession,
claim and demand, as he may have or ought to have, in and to the following
described premises to-wit:
Lot 8 of Block 49 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all
buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
