Warranty Deed
THIS INDENTURE, made this 25th day of October, 2005, by and between lEISURE
VAllEY, INC.,a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of NEVADA, duly authorized to do business in the State of WYOMING and having its
principal place of business in the County of lincoln, State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR, and
Floyd S. Schell and Truusje J. Schell as Joint Tenants

WITNESSETH: That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS

certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situate in the County of lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
