For Vahle Received, Jane B. Bradshaw-Magee, a single person, hereinafter refelTed to as
"Grantor," does hereby grant, bargain, se11 and convey unto Drexel A. Bradshaw, Trustee, or the

said SW 1/4 NE 1/4;
Thence running S. 0°05'45" E. parallel with the East line of said

Thence N. 89°58' W. parallel with the first said North line 208.71
feet;
Thence N, 0°05'45" W. para11el with the first said East line 208,71
feet to the North line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4;
Thence S, 89°58' E. along said North line 208,71 feet to the point
of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said
Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. And the said Grantor does hereby covenant to
and with the said Grantee, that Grantor is the owner in fee simple of said premises; that they are
free from all encumbrances and that Grantor will warrant and defend the same from all lawful
claims whatsoever.
