heirs and assigns, the following described real property situated in Bedford, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:

ENCOMPASSING an area of20.01 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this smvcy is the south line of the SW11. of Section 2, T33N
RlI8W, being N89°-39' -56"E;
TOGETHER with a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across those
easements of record in said Oflìce in Book 437 of Photostatic Records on page 300 and in
Book 446 of Photostatic Records on page 377 on Plat No. 28-A and on Plat No. 28-13;
RESERVING unto the Grantors, their heirs, Sllccessors and assigns a perpetual right of
ingress and egress and utilities over, under, and across a forty (40) foot strip of lanel being
twenty (20) foot either side of the following described center line;
