Olsen aka LaVada Olsen, husband and wife, of Auburn, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein, convey and quitclaim unto LaVada J. Olsen and her successors, Trustee, (mailing address: 51 Tom's Canyon Road, Auburn, WY 83111), for the uses and purposes set forth in the Southwick Family Trust between Grantor and Trustee, dated November 1, 2005, LaVada J. Olsen, beneficiary, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: Residence - Auburn, Wyominq: An undivided 1/2 interest in a portion of the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 35, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M., being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said SW1/4NE1/4 of said Section 35, and running Westerly along the Northerly line of said SW1/4NE'I/4, 417.42 feet; thence South parallel with the Easterly line of last said SW1/4NE1/4, 208.71 feet; thence East parallel with the Northerly line of said SW1/4NE1/4, 417.42 feet; thence North along said Easterly line of said SW1/4NE1/4, a distance of 208.71 feet to the point of beginning. / L¡ ! Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
