A portion of the stoker properties as referred to in the
Deeds recorded in Book 413PR, on page 136, and in Book
541PR, on pa~e S81,wi~h the office of the cle~k of Lincoln
County, wyomlng, wlthln the El/2NE1/4 of Sectlon 23, T34Ny
Rl19W, of the 6~ P.M., Town of Thayne, Lincoln County,
wyoming, being 30 feet either side of the following Center
Line being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South line of said E1/2NE1/4,
said point also being a point in the south line of said
stoker property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in
Book 413PR, on page 136, with said Office, said point of
Beginning, being 323.33 feet N88'36'lO"W, along said South
line from the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1995 location for
the southeast Corner of said El/2NEl/4;
thence NOl"08'17ItE, parallel with the East line of last
said Stoker property, 293.20 feet to the beginning of a
30.00 feet Radius Curve to the Right;
thence, Northeasterly, along said curve to the Right,
through a central Angle of 90·15'32", an arc length of

A portion of Tract 2 of the Jim Stoker property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 541PR, on page
581, with the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
wyoming, within the E1/2NE1/4 of section 23, T34N, Rl19W,
of the 6th P.M., Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, wyoming,
the metes and bounds being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South line of the Erickson
property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
281PR, on page 353, with said office,
said Point of Beginning being 1,509.48 feet N1°08117"E,
along the West line of the NW1/4 of Section 24, of said
T34N, Rl19W, from the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1995
location for the Southwest Corner of said NW1/4 to the
Southeast corner of said Erickson property and 546.10 feet
