KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A \Vyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 4, 2001,
and executed by Dan L. Ashmcnt and Debra Jean Ashmcnt, Husband and Wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $50,000.00
which mortgage was recorded in the office oflhe County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 15th of May, 2001, in Book 464 of Mortgagcs, at
Page 398 as document numbcr 873272 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
