RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A 'Wyoming
Banking CorpOI'ation, does hereby certify that a certain mOligage bearing the date of July 28, 2005,
made and executed by Met 13. Johnson and Lana T. Johnson, Husband and Wife mortgagors, to
The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on ceriain real estate therein
described as security for the payment of$150,000.00, which mortgage was re-recorded in the office
of the County Clerk and Ex-Oftìcio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
29th day of July 2005 in book 592 of Mortgages, at Page 673 as document # 910430 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:

The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
