("~antor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, convey and warrant i.lnto Lower Valley ~ner~, a Cooperative Corporation, of ~on
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its sl;!~¢cessors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a pe~etud easement and right
of way for the construction and c~mtinued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines 'ahd equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises,ofGrantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYO~G ~ong
a lin~ described as follows, to wit: ~

the ~th p.~., in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more padicularly described a~ follows:
BEG~N~G S 23° E 260 feet t~om the Nodheast corner of i~id Lot 16.
Thence S 68° W 10~ feet to ~ p~int.
Thence S 87° W 188 feet t°a point.
Thence S 70° W 109 feet to a ~int.
Thence S 81° W 235 feet to 8 transformer loc~tion.

Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and reall
ditches and trench for the location:;}and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shmbbew, undergro~h or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance' of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that ~lectric and magnetic Fields (E~) ~e nauraly occuang
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Oantor that E~ testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other facilities, installed on the' above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
prope~y of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby r~lease and waive all
rights under and by vi~ue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
