QUIT CLAIM DEED
Stanley Ray Thurman, Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten (10) Dollars
and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and QUIT CLAIM to: the ADELL H. THURMAN
LIVING TRUST, Dated March 22,1985, Stanley Ray Thurman and Janet Swenson,
Successor Trustees, Grantees, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The SEl/4SEl/4 of Section 19, and the El/2NEl/4 of Section 30 in T33N,
R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
ALSO THE FOLLOWING DESCRlBED TRACT:

COMMENCING at the South quarter corner of Section 19, T33N, R 118W of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence West 42 rods;
thence NOlih 80 rods; thence East 42 rods; thence South 80 rods, to the Place
of Beginning. BEING IN ALL a total of 141 acres of land, together with
improvements and water rights.
