QUIT CLAIM DEED
Marcia Riga, Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten (10) Dollars and other
valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby aclmowledged,
CONVEY and QUIT CLAIM to: the ADELL H. THURMAN LIVING TRUST,
Dated March 22, 1985, Stanley Ray Thurman and Janet Swenson, Successor Trustees,
Grantees, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 19, and the El/2NEl/4 of Section 30 in T3JN,
R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
ALSO TRE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT:
COMMENCING at the South quarier comer of Section 19, T33N, R118W of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence West 42 rods;
thence North 80 rods; thence East 42 rods; thence South 80 rods, to the Place
of Beginning. BEING IN ALL a total of 141 acres ofland, together with
improvements and water rights.
