SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (fka Countrywide Funding Corporation), the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by
NEAL HIGGINSON, DENISE HIGGINSON
to COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC bearing date 08/30/1996, recorded 08/30/1996 in Official
Records Book 387PR, Page 608, Document No. 825680 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN
County, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $85,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises
and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and sUlTenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
