AMENDMENT OF
NOTE AND REAL ESTATE l\10RTGAGE
TIllS AMENDMENT is made by and between SHA \VN L. YOUNGLOVE and and
ANDREA G. YOUNGLOVE, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTOR", and
BANK OF COMMERCE as Trustee for LAURENCE B, REINHART, IRA., hereinafterreferred
to as "BENEFICIARY",
WITNESSETH:
\VHEREAS, the Grantor did make, execute and deliver to the Beneficiary a Note secured
by that certain Real Estate Mortgage in the amount of ONE THOUSAND FORTY -FOUR
DOLLARS AND 84/100ths ($1644.84), recorded as Instrument No. 901484 on JLll\' 29, 2004 at ; ,: .
1: 13 p.m., records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
\VHEREAS, the parties desire to amend some of the terms and/or provisions of the Note
and/or Real Estate Mortgage, and
THEREFORE, in and for good and valuable considerations, the parties agree the terms and
conditions of the Note and Real Estate Mortgage above described shall be and are hereby amended
and modified as follows:
1. The current monthly installment of THIRTEEN DOLLARS AND
71/1 OOTHS ($13.71) shall continue until July 22,2006, when the remaining principal
balance plus accrued interest shall be paid in full.
All terms and conditions of the Note and Real Estate Mortgage shall remain the same and
unchanged except as amended and/or modified herein.
