bearing the date of August 22, 2005 made and executed by Howard 'Voods and Gretchen
Woods, as mortgagors to Lester Barber and Luvil1a Barber as mongagees conveying certain real
estJte therein mentioned as security for the payment of $67,500,00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County State of Wyoming, on September 15, 2005 in Book 597PR on page 734
