(" Grantor"), for a good and valuable'Consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, convey and warrant ~nto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corpormion, of.~on
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its sucSessors and assigns, ("~antees"), a petered easement ~d right
of way for the construction and continued, maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in L~COLN Coumy, State of WYO~G ~ong
a line described as follows, to wit: .
BErG a potion of the propertie~'referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 87 PR on Page 508
and the Deed recorded in Book't31 PR, on Page 645, within the Wl/2 SE1/4 of Section 1,
T31N, Rll9W, of the 6th P.M., Liacoln County, more particularly described as follows:
BEG~G at a point on the S;[mth prope~ line located approximately 17 feet West of the
SE Corner of said Wl/2 SE1/4 o~ Section 1.
Thence easement begins and bears N 6° E 409 feet more or less to the NE proper~ corner.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet 0n each side of described line.
Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said hcilities and to cut, trim, Or remove trees,
shmbbe~, undergro~h or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenane~ of the
hcilities. The Grantor ac~owledges thru Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) ~e nmurally occuffing
in the distribution of electricity, and the ~antee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees thru all wires and
other hcilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
prope~y of the Oamee, removable at the option of the ~antee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by vi~ue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
