KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Frontier Certified
Development Company, Inc., for and in consideration of the sum of Ten DolJars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has sold, and by these presents does sel1, assign, and transfer to the
United States Small Business Administration, with a Casper District Office address of
P.O. Box 2839, Casper, 'Vyoming 82602, that certain Mortgage dated November --ª--,
2005, by and between Top Flight Properties, Inc., as mortgagor, and Frontier Certified
Development Company, Inc., as mortgagee, which Mortgage covers the fol1owing
described propeliy located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2 of the Airport Addition to the Town of Anon, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
