valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS and vVARRANTS unto Alpine Junction, LLC, a HTyoming Limited
Liability Company, GRANTEE, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 610, Jackson,
\t\Tyoming 83001 the following described real property situated in the County of Teton,
State of \""yoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-\vit:
Lot 176 of the Alpine :Meadows Subdivision, Lincoln County,
WYOll1ing, according to that plat recorded in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk on August 23,2005 as Plat No. 206A.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to
taxes, reservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way, and easements
of sight and record, if any.
Beverly A. Halpin hereby releases any and a11 homestead rights and conveys
any and all other rights that she may have in and to the above-described property under
and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption laws and other laws of the State of
