Wymning Limited liability Company, of the County of Lincoln, State of wyoming,
in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations. the receipt whereof is hereby confess~d and acknowledged, has
rernlse.d. relea6ed. conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does for its
heirs. executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto
NRE. nc., a Wyoming corporation. whose address is PO Box 4234. Redford, WY
83112, all such right, title. interest property, possession, claim and d¡:mand, as
it may have or ought to have, in and to the following described pl¡¡miseg to-wit:

described on the official plat thereof

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
