Warren and Heather Warren, husband and wife, and Kendall G. Brough and COITie II, Brough recorded 11-29-05 in Book 606 _PR on page 172 of the records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming and further described in attached Exhibit "A". The undersigned, by execution of this suhordination agreement, does not release the lien existing by virtue of its mortgage, but only subordinates to the extent described in said easement.
