QUITCLAIM DEED
Evan J. Simpson and Beverly A. Simpson, or their Successors, as Trustees of the
Simpson Family Trust dated March 26, 1997, as Amended, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
grantors, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable
considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and QUITCLAIM
to Evan J. Simpson, a married man as his sole and separate property, of PO Box 678, Afton, WY
83110, grantee, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
That part of the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 26, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 554 of PR, page 075, as more particularly described on the attached
"Description for Simpson Family Trust, Dated 26 March 1997 Family Exempt Tract".

oaths, did say that they are the trustees of the Simpson Family Trust dated March 26, 1997, as
Amended, described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was
signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the authority under the terms of the
written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustees
acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.

part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Linco]n COllnty in Book 554 of
Photostatic Records on page 075, described as foJlows:
BEGINNING at the southeast spike of said tract, 889°-51 '-29"W, 585,96 feet tì'om the
southeast corner of said SEV.ISW1Ä;
thence N01 o-46'-38"W, 1301.84 feet along 3aid east line, to a point at a fence corner;
thence N89°-22'-18"W, 113.58 feet, to the northeast point of Lot 1 of the Paul Stock 7L7
Ranch Subdivision - Amended of record in said Office as Plat No.199-G;
thence SCJIo-46'-34"E, 1303.36 feet, along the east line ofsaicl Lot 1, to the southeast spike
