QUITCLAIM DEED
Evan J. Simpson, a married man dealing in his sole and separate property, of Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00),
and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to Beverly A. Simpson, a married woman as her sole and separate
property, of PO Box 678, Afton, WY 83110, grantee, all interest in the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
That part of the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 26, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 554 of PR, page 075, as more particularly described on the attached
"Description for Simpson Family Trust, Dated 26 March 1997 Family Exempt Tract".

That part of the SE'/¡SW1/4 of Section 26, T32N R119W, Lincoln COLlnty, Wyoming, being
part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 554 of
Photostatic Records on page 075, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast spike of said tract, S8yu-51' -29"W, 585.96 feel 1Ì'um the
southeast corner of said SE~SW1/.¡;
thence NOI o-46'-38"W, 1301.84 feet along said east line, to a point at a fence comer;
thence N89°-22'-18"W, 113.58 feet, to the northeast point of Lot I of the Paul Stock 7L7
Ranch Subdivision - Amended of record in said Office as Plat No.199-G;
thence S01°-46'-34"E, 1303.36 feet, along the east line of said Lot 1, to the southeast spike
of said Lot I on the south line of said SE I/.¡SW 1/4;
