Radford husband and \vife, grantor(s) of County of Linco]n, State of Wyoming, hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the beneíìt of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes anduncler the following conditions: 1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of- Way for utiJities and to construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground Telecommunications facilities. Including above ground pedestals and hand holes The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of damage to the utilities, Grantor reserves the right to use the property subject to the easement for any purpose whatsoever which does not interfere with the operation and maintenance of the underground telecommunication lines and conduit. As a condition of this easement Grantee shaJl be required to and shall repair or rep lace items, speci fically inc] udi ng survey 1110n uments, fenci ng, ditches and natural areas which it shaJl remove, damage or destroy upon the property subject to the easement within thirty days of the completion of construction. Description of Easement: Being a portion of the NE 1/4 of said Section 1 T35N R119W, Linco]n County, Wyoming more particularly described as foJlows: A 45 foot wide easement described on the foJlowing centerline Starting in the North West corner of the NE1/4 of said Section 1 T35N Rl 19W and running S 89"34'53" E 1284.08 feet to true point oCbeginning; thence, S 64"40'28" E 33.46 feet; thence, S 40"35'37" E 42.67 feet; thence, S 15"52'4" E 56.18 feet; thence, S 22"47'15" E 72.87 feet; thence, S 51 "21'57" E 24.46 feet; thence, S 66"7'20" E 71.65 feet; thence, N 89"49'46" E 47.47 feet; thence, S 70"11'5" E 37.15 feet; thence, N 85"17'22" E 27.89 feet; thence, S 13"56'15" W 35.69 feet to aped. 2.
