State of Wyoming, hereby acknowledgc, CONVEY (5) AND \V ARRANT (5) to SIL VER STAR TELEPHONE
COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easenlc'llt for the benefit of the Grantec on the following described
real estate situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, /'or the following purposes and under the following
conditions:
I. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right· of-Way for utilities and
construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground utilities, Including
above ground pedestals and hand holes The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that
pose a threat of damage to the utilities. Grantor reserVl:S the right to use thl: propnty subje:ct to the
easemt:nt for any' purpose wlwtsoever which does not interfere with the operation and maintenance
of the underground telecommunication lines and conduit. As a condition of this easement Grantee
shall bl: required to and shall repair or rt:plaœ items, specifically including survey monuments,
fencing, ditches and natural areas which it shall remove, damage or destroy upon thl: property
subject to the easement with in thirty days of the completion of construction.
Description of Easement:
Being at the SE corner of the SWI/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 4, T3GN, R 119W 6th pm, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Thence N 12°14'55" W 1368.81 feet to the true point of beginning and running, Thence N 43°47'2" W 582 feet; N
84°48'27" W 115.52 feet; Thence N 89°52'51" W 290.71 feet; Thence S 25°8'57" W 20.00 lèet to end point.
Easement to include 25 feet on each side of described line, together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress
and egress and to excavate and relìll ditches and trenches for the location and repairs of said facilities and to cut, trim,
spray herbicides, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repairs and
maintenance of the facility.
