STAR TELEPHONE COMPANY, ]NC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for
the benetìt of the Grantee on the following described rea] estate situate in the County of
Lincoln and Stale of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the foJlowing
conditions:
I. Purpose of Easement. This easement shalJ be for the purpose of Right-of-
Way for telecommunications lines 8ml construct, operate, rep8ir, maintain,
relocate and repJ ace thereon underground te lecurmn u nication Llc i ¡ i ties.
The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of
damage to the utilities.
Description of Easement. A 10' utiJity easement centered on the line
described as fo] ows: starting at the Southeast corner of the Northeast ~-4 of
the Northeast Y1 of Section 26, T32N, R 119W, thence N2°25 '27"W
850.12' to the True Point of Beginning, thence: S88°02 '20"W 255.79',
thence: SI°35'41"W 139.03' thence: N86°38'43"W 37.65'. See Exhibit
"A",
2. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement sha] be hinding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
