GRANT OF EASEMENT
Larry Jenkins and Shirlev Jenkins husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantor(s) of County of Lincoln, State of
Wvomin£, hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR TELEPHONE COMPANY,
INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the benelìt of the Grantee on the following described real estate
situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for thc following purposcs and under the following conditions:
L Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of-Wuy for utilities and
construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground utilities, Including
above ground pedestals and hand holes The grantee may trim or remove trees or other ubjects that
pose a threat of damage to the utilities. Grantor reserves the right to use the property subject to the
easement for any purpo,e whatsoever which docs not interfere with the operation and maintenance
of the underground telecommunication lines and conduit. As a conditiun of this casement Grantee
shall be required to and shall repair or replaĆ items, specifically tI1cluding survey monuments,
fencing, ditches and natural areas which it shall remove, damage or destroy upon the property
subject to the easement within thirty days of the completion of construction.
Description of Easement:
Being a portion of the NWI/4NEI/4 of Section 33, T35N, RI19\V, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 2378.94 feet Wand 31.34 feet S of the N E corner of said Section 33 on the south Right of way
line of us highway 239;
Thence S 02° 18 feet 0 inches E, 128 feet to a point.
Easement to include 10 feet on each side of described line, together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress
and egress and to excavate and retill ditches and trenches for the location and repairs of said facilities ancl to cut, trim,
spray herbicides, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repairs and
maintenance of the facilities.

Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this casement shall be binding upon the inure to thc
benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the panies named in this instrument.
