State of Wl/O¡.1..~¡'Ã t'~. , hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to
SILVER STAR TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., !:,'Tantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an
easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the
following conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right- of-
V.,lay for utilities and construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and
replace thereon underground utilities, Including above ground pedestals
and/or hand holes the grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects
that pose a threat of damage to the utilities. Grantor reserves the right to
use the property subject to the easement for any purpose whatsoever
which does not interfere with the operation and maintenance of the
underground telecommunication lines and conduit. As a condition of this
easement Grantee shall be required to and shall repair or replace items,
specifically including survey monuments, fencing, ditches and natural
areas which it shall remove, damage or destroy upon the property subject
to the easement wÎIhÏn thirty days of the completion of construction.
Description of Easement:
A ten foot wide Easement described on the following center line, Starting a the South
East Corner of NW1/4 NWl/4 of Said Section 20 Township 37 North Range 118 West
and running, South 14d42'43" East 2814.58 feet, to the true point of beginning, Thence
South 14d 12'32" East 5.62 feet; Thence North 74d56'12" East 324.50 feet; Thence South
l6d30'41" East 224.16 feet; Thence South 82d20'1" West 121.00 feet; Thence South
40d47'14" East 30.24 feet; Thence South 47d3'48" East 24,62 feet; Thence South
22dl'37" East Thence 26.04 feet; Thence South 59d29'59" West 21.72 feet; Thence
South 1 7d24'50" East 51,82 feet to end point. SEE- "é"¡'HlblT' A ¢ & \~
2. Binding Effect. The tem1S and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
