01 GRANT OF EASEMENT

Wyoming, hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND W ARRANT(S) to SILVER STAR
TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the
benefit of the Grantee on the foJlowing described real estate situate in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the foJlowing purposes and under the foJlowing
conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shaJl be for the purpose of Right-of-
Way for telecommunications lines and Equipment to construct, operate,
repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground
telecommunication facilities. The grantee may trim or remove trees or
other objects that pose a threat of damage to the utilities.
2, Description of Easement. The easement shaJl occupy the foJlowing
described property:
A 10 foot wide Easement Starting at the North West corner of section 15 TI S R45E and
running S 80d54'5" W 2200.54 feet to true point of begÌlming; Thenèe, S 85d2'3" E

feet; Thence, S Ildll'7" W 85.67 feet; Thence, S 21 d41'25" W 20.94 feet; Thence, S
