GRANT OF EASEMENT
Thomas Coletti, as tenants by the entireties, grantor(s) of County of ]jn,!:Qln, State of WvomilH~, hereby acknow ledge,
CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR TELEPHONE COlvIPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom,
Wyoming, an easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and uncler the following conditions:
). Purpose of Easement. This casement shall be for the purpose of Right-of-Way for utilities and
construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground utilities Including
above ground pedestals and hand holes The grantee may trim or r<.:move trCL'S or other objects that
pose a threat of damage to the utilities. Grantor reserves the right to use the property subject to the
easement for any purpose whatsoever which does not interfere with the operation and maintenance
of the underground telecoml1lunication lines and conduit. As a condition of this easement Grantee
shall be required to and shall repair or replace items, specifically including survcy monuments,
fencing, ditches and natural areas which it shall remove, damage or destroy upon the property
subject to the easement within thirty days of the completion of construction.

Easement is to include a 15 foot construction casement and a 10 foot permanent along the entire cast property line
extending from north to south property line of the attached described lot, together with all necessary and reasonable
rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trenches for the location and repairs of said facilities
and to cut, trim, spray herbicides, or remove trees, shrubbery, uncletgrowth or other obstructions interfering with the
repairs and maintenance of the facility, See "Exhibit A"
2. Bindin~ Effect. The terms and conditions of this casement shall be binding upon the inure to the
benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of thc parties named in th is i nstrumcnt.
