DfSTIUBlJTION EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

("Grantor") for a good and valuabk c\)J1sideration, the receipt of which j" hereby acknul\kclged, do herl:by
grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, oC Alton and .Jackson,
vVyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Granlees"), a perpetual easellllïlt and right of way for the
construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and rep]acement uf the ekclric cl1stribution
circuits, IlI1es and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the
premises of Grantor in Lincoln County, State of \Vyoming, along a Jim' described as follows, 10 wit:
BEING located in NEl/4SWl/4 of Section 29, T33N, Rl l8W, in Lincoln County, Wyoming more
accurately described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said NEl/4SWI/4. Thence South 10 feet to a point. Thence East
10 feet to a point. Thence North 10 feet to a point. Thence West 10 feet to the point of beginning.
EASEMENT to include lO feet square at the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4SW1/4, together with all
necessary and reasonable rights of inf,'Tess and egress and to excavate and re1ìll ditches and trenchcs for the
location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, spray herbicides, or remove trcl'~;, shrubbery,
undergrowth or other obstructions inkriering with the repair and maintenance oCthe facilities.
The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and Magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring in the
tTansmission or distribution of electricity, and that the Grantee has here notified Grantor ¡hat EI\IF testing
and information is available upon request fì'om the Grantee. This Easement by Grantor is intended to
include so much space as is necessary or appropriate to the presence of BYv!F and rcasonabk ()per~ltion of
the Granteê's distribution lines.

Grantor agrees that all poles, wires and other tàcilities, installed on or under the described 1~lIlcls shall
remain the property of the Grantee removable in the soJe discretion of the Grankc at the Grantee's expense.
The rights, conditions and provisions of this easement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the
parties, their heirs, executurs, administrators, successors and assigns, Grantor shall compensate Grantee for
any damages to Grantee's Üìcilities caused by Grantor, including payment or Grantee's a!torney fees if
action is undertaken by Grantee to enforce the commitments described in this easement. Cìranlor reSêrves
the right to improve, occupy and use this easement 101' all purposes not inconsistent with the e~L;el1lent grant.
Each party shall have the remedy of specific performance regarding this casement. The rIghts and
obligations described in this easement shall run with the land. This easement is nut exclusive, and Grantor
retains all rights not specifically granted by this easement. This is the entire agreement of the parties
regarding this easement, except as may be set forth in writing aner the elate of this easement and signed by
the parties. Grantor hereby releases and waives all rights by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of
