EASEMENT AGREEMENT LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY
IT IS AGREED by and between tJ1e following parties: KEH.RY L.
CHAD'VICK and SIJSAN LYNN CHADWICK, husband and wife, as GRANTORS:
For and in consideration ofTen ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable
considerations, in hand paid, receipt of which is acknuwledged hereby, does Bargain and
Sell, Grant and Convey to: VON K. MERRITT and SAUNDRA J. MERRITT,
husband and wife, GRANTEES, the following described perpetual Sixty (60) foot right
of way easement for the following purposes and under the following conditions:
1, PURPOSE OF EASEMENT. This easement is for providing perpetual
right of way for ingress and egress on Elk Ridge Road, as shown on plat
#333E as recorded in the Lincoln COllnty Public Records, Instrument
#912740.
2. CONDITIONS OF EASEMENT. The condition of this easement is that
it is a common easement for the mutual benefit of all the Grantees.
3. PROPERTY BENEFITED BY EASEMENT. This easement is for the
benefit of the Grantees and their adjoining real property, their heirs,
successors" and assigns.

DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT. The sixty (60) foot right of way
easement is described as Elk Ridge Road as shown on plat #333E and
recorded in the Public Records of Lincoln County, Instrument #912740, to
include said roadway through Lot 1 and 2 of Elk Ridge - Grover
Subdivision.

5. BINDING EFFECT. The terms and conditions of the easement shall be
binding upon and insure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest
and assigns of the parties named in this instrument.
6. WAIVER OF HOMESTEAD RIGHTS, the Grantors hereby waive and
release all rights of the described easement under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming to the extent such
rights may interfere with the purpose of this easement.
