CERTIFICATE OF REDEMPTION
This Certificate of Redemption is made and delivered this _Z-Ib day of
December, 2005, by the Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, to the n:demptioner,
Charlotte Sedey, whose Assignment of Right of Redemption is attached and made a part
of this document:
Whereas on September 13,2005 a Sheriffs Certificate of Sale Upon Foreclosure
was issued by the Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming to Patrick Key, the purchaser at
public auction of real property described as:

Part of Lot 4 of Block 3 of Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Lot 4 and thence N 90°00'00" W,
along the lot line between Lot4 and Lot 5 of said Block 3, 48.76 feet; thence S 75°06'54"
E, 47.74 feet to the angle point on the rear lot line of said Lot 4; thence N 12°03'30" E,
12.52 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO
All of Lot 5 of Block 3 of Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded January 7,
1980 in Book 162PR on page 661 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Which property was sold by the Wyoming Community Development Authority, pursuant
to W.S. '34-4-101, et seq., and notice of Foreclosure Sale duly advertised and given.
\VHEREAS said Sheriffs Certificate of Sale Upon Foreclosure was recorded on
September 13,2005 in Book 597, Page 653 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in
Kemmerer, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the foreclosure was redeemed by Charlotte Sedey upon the payment
to the Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming on behalf of the purchaser in the amount of
Fifty-nine thousand Six hundred and nol1 00 dollars ($59,600.00), together with interest
at ten percent (l 0%) per annum to the purchaser, the sale and certificate previously
granted herein are void in accordance \\lith W.S.S. 1-18-103(£1).
IN \VITNESS WHEREOF, I have duly executed this CERTIFCA TE OF
