WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED is made as of November 22,2005, by
THOMAS E. HOOD and ETHELH. HOOD, husband and wife as an Estate in
Common (collectively, "Grantors") to THOMAS E. HOOD and ETHEL H. HOOD,
Trustees, THOMAS E. HOOD TRUST, U/AJD the 22f1d of November, 2005
("Grantees").
WHEREAS, Grantors hold legal title to certain property (the
"Property") more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto;

WHEREAS, Grantors desire to convey to Grantees in fee simple all
of their right, title and interest in and to the Property.
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged by Grantors, the Grantors do hereby grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the Grantees in fee simple the Property.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the ways, easements, rights,
privileges and appurtenances thereto or in any way appertaining, all
improvements thereon and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim, either at
law or in equity, of the Grantors in the said Property;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property, together with the rights and
appurtenances thereto belonging, unto Grantees and Grantees' successors and
assigns, forever, and Grantors do hereby bind Grantors and Grantors'
successors and assigns to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the Property
unto Grantees and Grantees' successors and assigns, against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, by,
through or under Grantors, but not otherwise.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have executed this Deed as of
the day and year first above written.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit:
In Section 4, Township 32 North, Range 119 West 6th P.M. Wyo. Beginning at a
point which is 672 feet North from the SW Corner of the E1/2SE1/4 of said
Section 4, and running thence North 208.7 feet, thence East 208.7 feet, thence
South 208.7 feet, thence West 208.7 feet to the point of beginning. An area of
1.0 acre. (West edge of this plot is along the East edge of Wyoming State
Secondary Road Number 238.)
