KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Harold R. Sands and
Doria E. StJnds, Trustees of the Sands Trust, dated November 22, 1999, of
the County of lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof jg
hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and
quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and
administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto William T. Sands and
Julia A. Sands, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, whose
address is PO Box 2114, Jackson, WY 83001, all such right, title, interest,
property. possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in
and to the following described premises to-wit:
lot 19 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 6, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
Hereby releasing and waiving all ríghts under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
