RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Wayne Skinner and Carma
Skinner, Trustees of the Wayne Skinner and Carma Skinner Revocable Trust dated
December 2, 1996, of Grover, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: 90620 Hwy. 89,
Grover, WY 83122) do hereby certify that a certain mörtgage bearing the date of August
18, 1997, made and executed by Robert M, Allred and Deborah Jo Allred, husband and
wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, (mailing address: PO Box 136, Afton, WY
83110), mortgagors, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of $19,870.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
the 10th day of September, 1997, in Book 401 PR, page 424; and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released,
and discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and
quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
WITNESS our hands as of this 28th day of June, 2001.
