JUDGMENT
A Quiet Title action having been filed by the plaintiff against the
defendants, and the defendants having been served by publication in the Star
Valley Independent newspaper and the defendants having failed to answer or
otherwise defend and plaintiff having filed the appropriate default pleadings and
affidavits and the Court having been sufficiently advised.
THE COURT FINDS AS FOLLO\t\'S:
1. Plaintiff is the owner of real property located in Alpine, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, legally described as 320, Lake View Estates Subdivision in Lincoln County,

Wyoming. Marshall Bateman and Nell Bateman have mvned the property since
approximately 1971. In 1995, Marshall Bateman and Nell Bateman conveyed the
property to their trust, Marshall Bateman And Nell Bateman Family Trust dated June
21, 1995, the plaintiff herein. The Bateman Family Trust has owned the property
since that time.
2. The title commitment for the subject property indicates that title to the
property is vested in Lake View Estates, Inc.; however, any interest of Alpine Resort
Company, Don B. Earle and Gwendolyn C. Earle must also be extinguished.
3. This quiet title action is required in order to give plaintiff dear title to its
property.
4. From the affidavits of J. 'Michael Bateman and Susan I-Iawkes of Land
Title Company, it appears that none of the defendants no longer have any legal
interest in the property.
5. Plaintiff is entitled to have title to its property quieted.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
Title to the land described as Lot 320, Lake View Estates Subdivision in Lincoln
County, V\Tyoming is quieted in favor of plaintiff J. Michael Bateman and Cloria J. Holt,
Trustees of the Marshall Bateman And Nell Bateman Family Trust dated June 21, 1995,
and against defendants Alpine Resort Company, Lake Vie\^.' Estates, Inc. and Don B.

Earle and Gwendolyn C. Earle. Any ownership interest of defendants Alpine Resort
Company, Lake View Estates, Inc. and Don B. Earle and Gwendolyn C. Earle in and to
Lot 320, Lake View Estates Subdivision in Lincoln County, \Vyoming is hereby
extinguished.
