and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

Wyoming as described on the official plat filed June 24, 1993 as Instrument No. 766928
and Amended Dell Rio Addition filed July 26, 1993 as Instrument No. 768502 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
