KNO\V ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LAYNE PORTER, DEANNE CASPERSON and MCKELL PORTER as successor Co-Trustees of the Melvin and Valoy Porter Revocable Trust, dated, April 5, 1995, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming do hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing date the 20th day of July, 2000 made and executed by MCKELL PORTER and LESA D. PORTER, husband and wife, as Mortgagors to V ALOY S. PORTER, as Mortgagee conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of twenty four thousa'pd one hundred sixty five dollars($24, 165.00) as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming in Book 450, Page 25, mortgaging the following described real estate in Lincoln County, to-wit: See "Exhibit A" made part of this document by reference and incorporation as if set forth fully herein.
