Know all men by these presents: that CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing
the date of January 10, 2003 made and executed by David Schwab as mortgagor(s), to THE JACKSON STATE
BANK AND TRUST as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$173,500.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, in the V olumclBook 510 Page 023 Document 887017
mortgaging the following described real estate in said COUlllY, to-wit: -
LOT 89 OF RIVER VIEW MEADOWS SECOND ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ALPINE, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING WITHIN THE SE1/4 OF SECTION 30, T37N, R118W, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT
FILED FEBRUARY 11, 1994, PLAT NO. 264-D, INSTRUMENT NO. 778568.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
