Rice, Jackie L. Whaley, Derick D, Wilson, and Windy D. Wilson purs.uant to Wyoming Statute §2-1-205 and having reviewed the pleadings filedllerein, finds as follows: 1. Marian G. Wilson died intestate on July 13, 2005, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah. 2. Douglas L. Wilson, Samela Kay Large, Tammy L. Hice, ~Jackie L. Whaley, Derick D, Wilsou, and Windy D. Wilson are the children of Marian G, Wilson. At the time of her death, she was a resident of Lincoln County, Wyoming. 3. The value of the entire estate of Marian G. Wilson, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00). 4. Whaley, Derick D. Wilson, and Windy D. Wilson are the OlÙY distributees of the estate of Marian G. Wilson, There are no other distributees of Marian G. Wilson having a right to succeed to the property under probate proceedings. 8. No application for appointment of a personal representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction, 9,At the time of her death, Marian G. In addition, at the time of her death, Marian Q, Wilson owned the following personal property~ Checking Account No. 826-042988 - Bank of the West, Big Piney, Wyomlng Household furnishings consisting of a swamp cooler, television set, three chairs, desk, table and chairs, CD storage, couch/sectional, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, refrigerator, washer aud dryer, double bed, twin bed, miscellaneous dressers/stands/desk, and a wooclstove, 11. The above-mentioned real property was appraised by Toni Peterson of Wyoming Real Estate Source, LaBarge,WYOlning 83123, and a Report of Appraisal and St.atement of Value of Asset of Decedent has been filed herein which appraises the real property at time of the decedent's death in the amount 01'$69,000,00. 12. The decedent also ownecl personal properlty, and a Statement of Value of Assets of Decedent by Toni Peterson of Wyoming Real Estate Source, LaBarge, Wyoming 8:3123, bas been med .herein which appraises the personal property at the time of decedent's death in the amount of $2,000.00, 13. Marian G. Wilson was predeceased by her husband, Jack Leon Wilson, who died on April 4, 1991, in Marbleton, Sublette County, Wyoming. 14. At the tÜlle of the death of Jade Leon Wilson, the above- listed property was owned by Jack Leon Wilson and Marian G. Wilson, husband and wife. The death of Jack Leon Wilson terminated his ownership interest in and to said real property and the real property became vested in Marian G. Wilson as the surviving spouse. 15, Smuela Kay Large, Tammy L. Rice, Jackie L. Whaley, Derick D. Wilson, and Windy D. Wilson waived and clisclaÜned any interest they lllay be entitled to in the estate of Marian G, Wilson and have directed that their share of the estate be awarded to Douglas L. Wilson as evidenced in the Application for Distribution filed herein. 16. Douglas L. Wilson, Smuela I{ay Large" Tanuny L. Rìce, Jackie L. Whaley, Derick D. Wilsoll, and Windy D. Wilson have requested that the ownership interest of the real and personal property of the estate of Marian G. Wilson be clistributed, conveyed, set over and dclivered to DOllghls L. Wilson, to have and to hold the same urllto himself, h1s heirs and assigns forever. 17. Publication of the Application for Decree in Distribution has been made in accordance with law, having been published in the Little Chicago Review, a paper of county-wide distribution, on the 3rd and 10th days of November, 2005, 18. The provisions of Wyoming Statute §:2-1-201 have been complied with preparatory to the issuance of a Decree of Distribution. ----. Estate of Mariau G. A certified copy of this Decree should be recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and thereafter this Decree and the record thereof shall be presumptive evidence of title to the property. WHEREFORE, the Court orders the distribution of real property, as follows: (a) The entire ownership interest of Marian G, Wilson in the real property and improvements situated at 532 Oak Street, LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more: particularly described as follows, is hereby distributed and assigned to Douglas L. Wilson, as sole owner: Lots 5,6,7, and 8, Block 29 a/the SWl/4SE1/4 (~lSection 6, Tow/lship 26 North, Range 112 West, 6th Principle Meridia/l, Lincoln County Wyoming, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or ill anywise appertaining thereunto; subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptiol1S, easemcnts and rights-(1:way of record or il1use.
