TRUSTEES QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that June LaNae Jensen, Successor
Trustee of the June Nield Revocable Trust dated January 4, 1990, Grantor, of PO Box
1059, Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS a one-third (1/3) interest to Boyd Nield, a one-third (1/3)
interest to Karen Roberts, a one-sixth (1/6) interest to Cal Nield, a one-sixth (1/6) interest
to Tally Nield, as tenants in common, Grantees, whose address is PO Box 695, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4SW1/4); the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 1 /4SE 1 /4); the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW/14SW1/4); the South Half (S 1/2) of
the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4NW1/4) and the
South Half (S1/2) of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
(SE1/4NW1/4) all in Section One (1), Township 33 North, Range 119 West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming.

V Together with all ot that certain Right-ot-Way Easement pursuant to that
! Ú certain Right-of-Way Agreement dated October 7, 1980 and recorded
February 4, 1981, in Book 172PR at page 604 in the Office at the Lincoln
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
