QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LOA NIELD, a widow,
Grantor, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum ofTen
($10.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by JUNE LANAE JENSEN, Successor Trustee of
the June Nield Revocable Trust dated January 4, 1990, the receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged, had remised, released, and forever quit-claimed and by
these presents does for herself and her heirs, executors, and administrators, remise,
release, and forever quitclaim unto the said JUNE LANAE JENSEN, Successor Trustee
of the June Nield Revocable Trust dated January 4, 1990" and to her heirs and assigns,
forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they
have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the North Half of the
Southeast Quarter (N Y:z SE 1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township
Thirty-two (32) North, Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West
Of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, Wyoming, thence West 436
feet, thence North 100 ièet, thence East 436 feet, thence South 100
feet to the point of beginning, containing one acre.

HEREBY releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said JUNE
LANAE JENSEN, Successor Trustee of the June Nield Revocable Trust dated January 4,
1990, and to her heirs and assigns, to them and their own proper use and behoof forever.
So that neither LOA NIELD, Grantor, nor any other person in her name or behalf, or her
or any other person in her name of behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any
right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but she shaH or will hereafter claim or
demand any right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but she shall by these
presents be excluded and forever barred.

QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LOA NIELD, Grantor, of Afton,
Wyoming 83110, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS
AND QUITCLAIMS to The June Nield Revocable Trust dated January 4,1990, Grantee,
whose address is PO Box 1059, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (Nì'2SE%) of Section Ten (10),
Township Thirty-two (32) North, Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West
of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, Wyoming, containing Eighty (80) acres,
more or less.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
