That LOA NIELD is of adult age and is the surviving wife of ELLING REED NIELD, who died December 1, 2004, in Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as hereinafter more fully appears. 2. That LOA NIELD is of adult age and is the surviving daughter-in-law of FLORENCE JUNE NIELD, who died March 1, 2005, in Logan, Cache County, Utah, as hereinafter more fully appears. 3. That by a Quitclaim Deed dated February 7, 1986, and recorded February 13, 1986, in the office of the County Clerk and Ex Officio Register of Deeds in and for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in Book 235 PR, Page 661, FLORENCE JUNE NIELD warrantied to FLORENCE JUNE NIELD, a single person, ELLING REED NIELD AND LOA NIELD, husband and wife, ALL AS Joint Tenants with full rights of survivorship and not as Tenants in Common, of Rt. 1, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit: The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N~SE%) of Section Ten (10), Township Thirty-two (32) North, Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, Wyoming, containing Eighty (80) acres, more or less. 4. That ELLING REED NIELD died on the 151 day of December, 2004, in Afton, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and thereupon, the certificate of his death was duly filed with the State of Wyoming and made a matter of record in said office, and a certified copy of said certificate is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part of this affidavit. That FLORENCE JUNE NIELD died on the 1sT day of March, 2005, in Logan, Cache County, State of Utah, and thereupon, the certificate of her death was duly filed with the State of Utah and made a matter of record in said office, and a certified copy of said certificate is attached hereto marked as Exhibit "B" and made a part of this affidavit. 6. That upon the death of ELLING REED NIELD and FLORENCE JUNE NIELD, as aforesaid, the joint tenancy created by the aforesaid Deed was terminated, and LOA NIELD, surviving wife and daughter-in-law, became vested with any and all interest of their right, title and estate in the above property.
