RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Michael W. Kennedy, of
the County of Sweetwater and state of Wyoming, does hereby certify
as follows:
1. A certain mortgage bl?aring date of August 29, 2001 was
made and executed by Martha D. Bertot, a single person, as
Mortgagor, to Michael W. Kennedy as Mortgagee, conveying certain
real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of the
principal sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000), together with
interest as therein stated.
2. Said Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on August 30, 2001, in Book 2-71, at Pages 888-890.
wit:
3. Said Mortgage covers the following described property, to
LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 4 OF BLOCK #15 IN THE TOWN OF KEMMERER,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
4. The aforementioned debt and promissory note :3ecured by
said Mortgage has been fully paid, satisfied and discharged. In
consideration thereof Michael W. Kennedy hereby releases same and
quitclaims unto Martha D. Bertot all property described in said
mortgage.
