KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
JOHNNY E WALKER
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. bearing date 02/16/2005, recorded 03/14/2005 in Official
Records Book 580, Page 670, Document No. N/A in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County,
Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $32,100.00 Dollars, and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in s~¡jd State and County, heÅ“by
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and sUHenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
