QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Helen F. Draney, a single person, of
Afton, Uncoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other
covenants contained herein, conveys and quitclaims unto Helen F. Draney, as Trustee of the
Helen F. Draney Trust dated November 15, 1984, grantee, of Afton, Uncoln County, Wyoming
(mailing address: PO Box 581, Afton, WY 83110), forever, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand as she has or ought to have, in or to all the following described
premises, in the County of Uncoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Commencing 5 rods north of the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 9, Afton Townsite
Survey, in the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence west 10
rods; thence north 71 1/2 feet; thence east 10 rods; thence south 71 1/2 feet to the
place of beginning, together with all water rights and improvements belonging
thereto.
Beginning at a point which is 76 1/2 feet north of the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block
9, in the Afton, Wyoming, Townsite Survey and running thence west 165 feet;
thence north 6 feet; thence east 165 feet; thence south 6 feet to the point of
beginning, together with water rights appertaining thereto.
Beginning at a point 'which is 74 1/2 feet north of the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block
9, in the Afton, Wyoming, Townsite Survey and running thence west 135 feet;
thence north 2 feet; thence east 135 feet; thence south 2 feet to the point of
beginning, together with water rights appertaining thereto. ALSO TOGETHER
WITH the right to place the eaves of Grantee's garage and patio up to the north
edge of this property being conveyed.
Commencing 154 feet north of the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 9, of the Afton
Townsite Survey, in Afton, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and running thence
west 10 rods; thence south 71 1/2 feet; thence west 8 1/2 rods; thence south 5 rods;
thence west 1 1/2 rods; thence north 192 1/2 feet; thence east 73 feet; thence north
33 feet; thence east 257 feet; thence south to the place of beginning; or the plat as
is, be it more or less, with water rights thereto belonging.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
