WHEREAS, the Town of LaBarge is receptive to a Petition received from Bobby A. Jacobson
and Vicky L. Jacobson praying that the Town vacate part of Cedar Street in the First Addition to
Tulsa ofrecord in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 151;
WHEREAS, the part of Cedar Street to be vacated is described in Exhibit "A" attached herewith
and made a part thereof;
WHEREAS, a similar vacation for Ron and Ann Alexander is northerly, 171 feet from the
proposed vacation;
WHEREAS, it appears that the lands are not needed for the street and further the unsightly
embankment is envisioned to be removed and landscaped;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town proceed by ordinance to vacate that
part of Cedar Street to Bobby A. Jacobson and Vicky L. Jacobson, husband and wife, as tenants
by the entireties, as the owners of the adjoining lands to said street in accordance with Wyoming
Statutes, 2005, as amended, Section 15-4-242; and
FURTHER, that an instrument relinquishing and extinguishing that part of Cedar Street and
conveying and granting the vacated street to the petitioner be provided to the petitioner.

That part of the SWY4SEY4 of Section 6, T26N, Rl12W within the incorporated limits of the
Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming also being part of Cedar Street as depicted upon
the plat for the First Addition to Tulsa of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as
Plat No. 151 and similarly as part of Cedar Street depicted upon the plat for the Alleman Second
Addition to the Town of LaBarge ofrecord in said Office as Plat No. 332C described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the SV;SWY4SEY4 of Section 6, T26N, Rl12W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming found as described in the Corner Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County and identical with the northeast corner of Lot 1 of the vacated Marx Addition to
the Town of LaBarge and identical with the southeast corner of the NEY4SEY4SWI/.. of said
Section 6;
thence NOoo-09'E, 304.0 feet along the west line of the SWY4SEY4 of said Section 6 to the
southeast corner of Brown's 1 st Addition to the Town of LaBarge as Amended of record in said
Office as Plat No. 290A;
