QUITCLAIM DEED
The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees, whose address is Real Estate Operations, 202C
Old Main, 1000 E. University Avenue, Laramie, Albany County, WY 82071, grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to the Board of
Lincoln County Commissioners, whose address is 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, Lincoln County, WY
83101, grantee, the following described real estate, situate in the 'County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the SE4NE4 of Section 25, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described on the attached "DESCRIPTION FOR UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING

RESERVING unto the grantor, its heirs, successors and assigns a perpetual ingress and
egress and all utilities over, under, and across a strip of land as more particularly
