RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNO\VN ALL lvfEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of thc COllnty of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a œrtain mOl1gage
bearing date the J oth day of December, 2004, made and eXè:clIted by Douglas McAfee and Adel IvlcAfee,
husband and wife, as mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as lvlortgagee, conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $50,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln COLlnty, State of
Wyoming, on the 16th day of December, 2005, in BOÇJk 575 of Mortgages, at page 207, and mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:

the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Jackson State Bank & Tnlst has caused these Presents to be
signed by its Senior Vice President and its Corporate seal to be affixed, this 151h day of December, 2005.

and said James E. Ryan acknowledged said instnllnent to be the free act and deed of said corporatioll.
