Said assignment was made upon the terms ¡ covenants and conditions of a certain Assignment of Mortgage (the "Assignment II) of even date herewith, executed by and between the Company and the Trustee. /1 \i ¡/ 11 This Memorandum is intended, upon recording, to provide notice of the Assignment relating to the Property and all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Assignment to the same extent as if the Assignment were fully set forth herein.
