MEMORANDUM
OF ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
THIS MEMORANDUM OF ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE (the II Memorandumll ) made and
executed as of the 23rd day of November .' .2QO:?¡ by HOME BUILDERS FINANCE¡
INC. ¡ DBA OWNER BUILDER LOAN SERVICES ¡ a Michigan Corporat ion and having
offices at 2035 Hogback Rd.¡ Ann Arbor¡ Michigan 48105 (the "Company") ¡ and
LaSalle Bank National Association with offices at 2600 W. Big Beaver¡ Suite
~Troy¡ Michigan 48084, in its capacity as trustee under an indenture
dated March 1, 2001 between it and the Company (the "Trustee").
WITNESSETH:
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Company has
assigned to the Trustee, to the extent of the "Assigned Amount II (defined
herein as in the "Assignment" (as hereinafter defined)), the Company IS
right, title and interest under a certain mortgage recorded September 2
, 2005 in Book 596 at page 451 or document number 911482 of the records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming (the "Mortgage"¡ together with any amendments
thereto,) and encumbering certain real property more thoroughly described
on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference
(the "Property"). Said assignment was made upon the terms ¡ covenants and
conditions of a certain Assignment of Mortgage (the "Assignment II) of even
date herewith, executed by and between the Company and the Trustee.

This Memorandum is intended, upon recording, to provide notice of the
Assignment relating to the Property and all of the terms, covenants and
conditions of the Assignment to the same extent as if the Assignment were
fully set forth herein. COPIES OF THE MORTGAGE AND THE ASSIGNMENT MAY BE
OBTAINED BY WRITING THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY AT ITS ADDRESS AS SET
FORTH ABOVE OR BY TELEPHONING THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY AT (734)677-
3000.
